Tai Chi for Health

4 Week Series

This course is an introduction to tai chi/qigong forms for promoting and maintaining optimal health. Additional practices such as mindfulness, yoga asanas, and relaxation techniques will also be utilized as appropriate for stress reduction and cultivation of inner peace. The primary purpose of the class is to practice tapping into our personal capacity to heal and uphold our vitality. Emphasis will be placed on how these practices can be used actively as meditation in our daily lives. Guided by Brigid Elchos
