4 week Yoga for Beginners series offers an introduction to basic yoga postures and pose modifications, calming breath techniques, and meditation practices.
The yoga asanas (poses) are just the tip of the iceberg of yoga as a way of life. Beginners series also introduces you to yogic philosophy and lifestyle suggestions.
The vibe is relaxed and casual. My aim is to make you comfortable enough to ask your questions and participate in discussions of these new ideas. Guided by Courtney Chunn.
